In tough times like these, it is ever harder to maintain a music industry association in a world of shrinking funding. If you can help, be it five bucks or fifty thousand, we will send you one of our new flash stick promotional samplers as a thank you!
Touring Schedule Grows Too Big to Fit!
Round about the middle of May it occurred to MusicYukon that it could do even more to track statistics on its membership, so a "Master Giglist" was created. It ain't perfect, it can only depend on what members remember to submit and on what we can glean from independent postings.
Even so, here is what collective information gathering yields in information:
- In just the first eighty days, Yukon acts/artists posted 192 upcoming gigs;
- They are out of the Yukon (107) more than they stay home (85);
- Gigs are listed by 41 discrete acts/artists;
- "Away", that is 98 venues played in 78 cities in nine countries.
Our tour schedule is so big it will not fit this page. If you would like a copy of all the gigs -- who, where and when -- then please send us a request and we'll be happy to forward it to you!
And members, if you have tour dates please submit them to us for posting in our member newsletters and national press releases!
